·               Understand the Payment Industry
·               Good requirements elicitation and gathering skills
·               Able to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements
·               Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint ,MSWord, MS Visio.
·               Must have worked with at least one requirements tool like Visio, rational rose etc.
·               Good analytical skills
·               Self-starter able to work on a geographically distributed team
·               Should be well acquainted with the SDLC methodology of software development
·               Good communication and time management skills
·               Knowledge of payment processing - ISO 8583
·               Knowledge of business processes, planning, strategy
