Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 6 months+
Qualifications
Help us onboard a number of new hardware products onto our end to end hardware supply chain. Engage in new capability development and process optimization across our exchange sites.
· Should be able to capture Business Requirements and Create Road Maps
· Fit-Gap assessments
· Experience in Reverse Logistics/ Warranty Management is highly preferred
· Will engage with our supply chain partners (including global launch management, finance, planning, NPI, Make/Repair, return operations, factory IT, etc.) to effectively deliver automated supply chain solutions for the Reverse Supply Chain that meet product launch timelines and adhere to our standards and compliance guidelines.
· 6-8 years of end to end supply chain experience preferentially the majority of it in high tech consumer electronics
· SAP experience SD/MM, Service Management preferred
· Experienced in Value Stream Mapping and Process Modeling
Primary Skills/Must Have: SAP SD/MM
Business Analyst with Returns/Reverse Logistics/Warranty experience
Secondary Skills/Nice to Have: SAP Service Management (SM module)
