I fully endorse the profound thoughts of Prof. Ramesh Vemuganti on the topic of Corporate Culture and agree with his views on its importance and its impact on the corporate performance and brand equity. I have just reviewed an interesting book on the subject for ASCI Journal. The two eminent authors of the book have explained the underlying principles and concepts with appropriate illustrations and case studies. I will be happy to share it with our Forum members after obtaining consent from the publishers in due course.

For an Organization , Corporate Culture is not an indication of scale, turnover, number of branches, jazzy websites, impressive product lit, range of products/ services, experienced employees, leveraging technology, great infrastructure, others.

The Culture of an organization is its DNA. Primarily Top driven, it is all about - how Employees work

THIS IS WHAT WE TERM AS A CORPORATE THINKING .

EVERY ORGANIZATION SHOULD GET TRANSFORMED INTO A CORPORATE THINKING MODE OVER A PERIOD OF TIME. THIS WOULD CULMINATE INTO A CORPORATE CULTURE . OR ELSE, IT REMAINS AN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, NOT A CORPORATE CULTURE.

SUSTAINED CORPORATE THINKING INSTITUTIONALIZES & RESULTS IN A CORPORATE CULTURE.
