Dear Dutta sir,

Its great to hear that our forum is on a verge of completing 3 management gems successfully. It is a pool of management knowledge which is put in these books.

I feel that the business world and our society is on a constant change as it is said "the only thing doesn't changes is the change", and hence managing the change requires some out of the box managerial techniques.

It will be a good idea to think in this regard as our theme.
