The way how the Prime Minister allocated portfolios only giving us an impression he may not want capable ministers to take up crucial ministries, so that the PMO may remains as real power center. When taken exposure of Smriti Irani is taken into consideration, it is natural to wonder how a semi-graduate manage affairs of HRD, where she need to monitor issues related to most prestigious institutions of the country and also higher education. She may be suitable for culture, I&B etc.
Such attitude is found in many other ministries....Most capable and honest politicians were given comparatively less important ministries. Those who failed in the general elections were rewarded with crucial departments and those fail to contest also. But those winning many times are wantedly kept aside....This may be Politically Correct.
