His participation in the class

Willingness to share

Willing to collaborate

Whether he is a loner or team player

Participation in extra curricular activities etc

In all, in addition to his academic excellence ,should also look at his value perception and service mindedness as they are the citizens of tomorrow.

Should institutions focus mainly on high completion rates, ensuring that students are successful in attaining their degrees? Or should students be encouraged to engage in a wide range of campus activities beyond their academics to develop well-rounded individuals? Or should students be made capable to acquire jobs in their fields? Or should students be encouraged to pursue what interests them, embarking on post-secondary education as a means of self-discovery?
