Job Description:

 

Front End Developer

 

Our client, in Harrisburg Pa, is looking for a Front End Developer to support expanding business.  The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing front end/client side web development (CSS, JavaScript, and HTML).  Knowledge of .Net environments will be a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Develop internet applications using a variety of client side technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.

·       Develop standards compliant, browser compatible code for use in web applications.

·       Work with Customer Experience Designers and Application Developers to realize product requirements.

·       Collaborate with other team members to recommend optimal user experience solutions.

 

Must Haves:

·       Experience working with CMS (Drupal, Wordpress, Umbraco, etc.).

·       Experience developing web applications and websites using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.

·       Experience utilizing and/or creating web services

·       Experience developing dynamic responsive websites.

·       Experience with cross browser and cross platform compatibility testing.

·       Experience in concepts of web design and development workflows, specifically in areas of translating UI designs into graphics and markup.

 

Nice to Have:

·         Knowledge of/exposure to .Net environments
