Job Description
1. Analysis skills with knowledge of design patterns and refactoring
2. Hands-on experience in application design (front end and server side) using Java technologies
3. Database development skills including solid understanding of relational database technologies (Oracle), data modeling.
4. Experience in performance tuning in one or more containers (WebSphere)
5. Strong presentation and communications skills to effectively communicate and make recommendations
