9to9 Software Solutions is looking for a Sr QA for our client in Owings Mills, MD. Below are the skills we are looking for

 

Role: Sr QA
Location: Owings Mills, MD

Duration: 6-12+ Months + Extensions

Interview Type: In Person

8+ Years experience

GC And Citizens Preferred

 

Job Description:

• Leadership Skills.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Do QA Assessments and Document Gaps and overall QA Road Map.
• Record defects in accordance with QA best practices (i.e., with full documentation and information including reproduction steps)
• Provide estimate of work in terms of schedule and duration
• Identify and report on potential and actual risks to release cycle
• Provide status reports and updates on a regular basis
• Function as a team player with a "can-do" attitude
• Come up to speed very quickly/become productive in a very short time
• The project timeline is aggressive and there may be a need for occasional work beyond normal business hours.
• Standup QA Processes and Artifacts
• Create and Execute Scripts.

Skill Sets required:

• Seven Years minimal in QA Consultancy.
• Expert in Traceability and Agile techniques
• Hands on Flexible QA Consultant (get hands dirty, test scripting, test management etc.)
• Expert in Agile Methodology
• Understand SQL database scripting
• Experience writing test plans and strategies
• Experience in Test Script Creation and Execution
• Understand setting up data in a Test Driven Development Approach
