Job Description:Need candidates who worked with Retail/e-Commerce clients OR experience in web based projects

The Business Process Analyst plays an active role in the design and implementation of new and/or upgraded business applications.  Leads and participates in business process discovery, business requirements gathering, and creation of functional specification, test case scenarios and training documentations. Will work closely with business groups, management and vendors on a daily basis.  Will provide troubleshooting support to user community.
 
Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst performing similar duties as above
• Facilitates user acceptance testing, including scheduling and data set up.
• Prepare training material based on business case scenarios, user experience design docs, and business test scenarios.
• Works with software vendor and/or user experience designer (or information architects) to create user experience design that supports the business requirements.
• Ability to take the lead in business requirement discovery sessions, and when not the lead, participate as a strong contributor
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
• Excellent communication skills
