Job Requirements:
 

• Experience on 3 or more client-facing CRM engagements implementing an enterprise-level CRM software solution for medium to large organizations, preferably involving Salesforce.com Service or Sales Cloud, but not critical
• 10 to 15 years in a client facing role, preferably as a lead business analyst and/or project manager on an engagement responsible for overall business analysis deliverables
• Experience and knowledge of the Insurance industry preferred
