Job Description:Senior Wireless Engineer-Mount Lake Terrace, WA-6-12 Months
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cisco Wireless LAN Configuration in Commercial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and, Outdoor environments.
• Configuration of both autonomous and Light Weight Access Point Solutions, including Clean Air, Wireless Control System, WCS Navigator, MESH, RFID, and RTLS, and AeroScout.
• Perform wireless site surveys, conduct site evaluations and generate Heat Maps utilizing AirMagnet Survey Pro.
• Conduct wireless site surveys utilizing spectrum analysis technologies, recommend and implement corrective action.
• Configuration of Cisco Wireless Platforms
• Provide detailed network drawings and diagrams and relation as-built documentation. 

Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS:
.

• Minimum 5+ years experience in wireless deployment and design
• Minimum 3+ years experience in network (Route/Switch) engineering.
• Cisco ISE Experience
• Excellent customer interface, oral communications, and technical writing skills are a must.
• Cisco Wireless Design experience
• Cisco Wireless Controller based deployment experience                                                        
• Campus network experience
• RF Assessments and Design
• Indoor & Outdoor Wireless Solutions
• Strong skills in Wireless technology like LWAP, EAP and hands on experience on Cisco wireless controller
• Process oriented, good understanding of Change control and ticketing system ( REMEDY)
• Strong knowledge of cisco Wireless controllers, Access points, Cisco 6500s and 3560 and 3750 access layer switches.
• Experience with legacy Cat OS and older switches
• Cisco certifications of CCNP preferred
• Must have excellent communication skills, writing skills, and the ability to work with team members at all levels.
• Rogue detection experience
• Cisco partner experience is a bonus.
• Candidates must have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
