Required:-
Mandatory to have SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)  and SSAS(SQL Server Analysis Services)
Must have a understanding of C#
Must have understanding of various types of report such as Drill through, matrix, sub reports etc
Must have experience with XML / XSLT as well.
