Here is the JD for TFS :
•TFS 2012 or 2013 administration, specifically implementation knowledge of the work item (WI) subsystem.
•Intermediate C# programming, writing C# programs to extend TFS functionality.
•Strong documentation skills
The following skills would be beneficial but are not mandatory:
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Test Manager (MTM)
•PowerShell scripting
•SQL queries
