The Mystery of Prayer and the Mystery of Unanswered Prayers

Outing the Anti-Christ[1]

Prophet Ntemfac Ofege

Jas 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectualfervent prayer of a righteous manavaileth much.

A Mystery is not something that cannot be understood. A mystery is something that can be understood only by the initiated.

And, prayer, my friend, is a mystery.

Answered prayer is a mystery.

Unanswered prayer is also a mystery.

Jas 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

The EFFECTUAL FERVENT PRAYER OF A RIGHTEOUS MAN OR WOMANavaileth much.

Meaning the effective-availing or answered prayer is not for the unrighteous i.e. those who do not have a right-standing with God.

We know that all things work together for good to those who love God,” “for the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayers.”

Ps 34:15 The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry-prayers.

Are you a righteous man or woman?

The unrighteous have no business praying because then they have nothing to say, they do not even know how to say the nothing that they do not know how to say and they have zero locus standing to say the nothing that they have to say.

In fact in Psalms 50, the Lord God himself warns the unrighteous.

Psalms 50:16. But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth? 17 Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee. 18 When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers.  19 Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.  20 Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderestthine own mother's son. 21 These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes. 22 Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver. 23 Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.

AMEN

Do you desire to be a righteous man or woman so that you can make an availing prayer?

Then do this:

4 STEPS to God

http://www.4stepstogod.com/

Now you can be a voice instead of a noise unto the Lord God

Prayer is also fervent.

Fervent means heart-felt.

Fervent means from the heart.

Not from the head or the eyes.

WHAT IS PRAYER?

PrayerpointPowerpoint

Prayer is the soul's sincere desire,
Unuttered or expressed,
The motion of a hidden fire
That trembles in the breast:
Prayer is the burden of a sigh,
The falling of a tear,
The upward gleaming of an eye,
When none but God is near.
Prayer is the simplest form of speech
That infant lips can try;
Prayer, the sublimest strains that reach
The Majesty on high:
Prayer is the Christian's vital breath,
The Christian's native air,
His watch-word at the gates of death,
He enters heaven by prayer.
Prayer is the contrite sinner's voice,
Returning from his ways,
While angels in their songs rejoice,
And say, Behold he prays!
The saints in prayer appear as one,
In word, in deed, in mind,
When with the Father and the Son
Their fellowship they find.
Nor prayer is made on earth alone:
The Holy Spirit pleads;
And Jesus, on th' eternal throne,
For sinners intercedes.
"O Thou, by whom we come to God!
The Life, the Truth, the Way,
The path of prayer thyself hast trod,
Lord, teach us how to pray!"

MONTGOMERY

Why do we pray? Why must we pray?

Without you, God will not.

Without him, you cannot.

When the Lord God made the man, he gave unto this man DOMINION over all the things that he hath made. He will NEVER intervene in man’s sphere of influence until the man invites him in.

You invite God into the fray by… PRAYER!

How would you feel if after giving you his daughter in marriage, your father-in-law barges in continually all the time to show you how to see your wife?

The man has not yet taken away the gifts that he gave Lucifer, why would he take Dominion away from you?

Eternity has given Lucifer time, you see, and Eternity is using him for an on-the-job training in ruler ship and dominion of they that be the sons of God.

And Lucifer gets no salary.

Pay attention; let me walk you through this. If you understand this you will understand who we really are and why we must PRAY.

Friend, do you know why the Lord Jesus said a house divided against itself cannot stand?

Lu 11:17 But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.

Let me tell you why.

You see the Lord God took a part of his spirit to make the man. And as you are so is he.

1Jo 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

The man got separated from the Lord God when he sinned. But Jesus the Christ stepped forth to restore the man in his connectivity to God and in his dominion. The man now became One again with the Father.

Read John 17. Before he was crucified, the Lord Jesus prayed that this should be so.

1 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: 2 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. 3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. 4 I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. 5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. 6 I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. 7 Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. 8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. 9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. 10 And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them. 11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. 12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. 13 And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. 14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. 16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. 18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.  20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: 23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me. 24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. 25  O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. 26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.

Friend, I will show you shortly that the above is actually the Lord’s Prayer.

Not the Our Father as you think.

The Our Father is the child’s prayer.

And, no God, let alone My God, would refuse a prayer of this intensity and volume.

For in this prayer lies prophecy pas and prophesy future.

Of course, the El Elyon heard him.

And God the father answered him speedily.

This is the reason why you and I are not one with the FATHER.

What has this got to do with a house divided against itself cannot stand, you must be asking.

God is a spirit.

His spirit now lives in you, if you are a Christian.

The spirit of God in you and your own spirit cannot have divided loyalties.

Your spirit cannot be PRAYING GOD for a girlfriend while the spirit of God in you is offering you a wife.

God is not the author of confusion

There must be an alignment.

There must be at oneness.

There must be an at-oneness or atonement.

That is why

2Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

The spirit of God in you will now use its powers to cause you to PRAY the Lord’s PRAYER for you so that he answers it.

Jer 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

The man sees further than you.

The man knows further than you and his plans for you are the best because he knows the end from the beginning, you see.

See what he said about me even before I was born.

Jer 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Friend, what God has given, he has given.

His gifts are irrevocable.

Ro 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

And the Lord God made man in ‘OUR’ own image -  in the image of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost.

He made the man AFTER ‘OUR’ own likeness i.e. having the exact character of God.

Lizards give birth to lizards.

Dogs engender dogs.

A God can only reproduce gods by his sperma or Word.

A God who is a Spirit, who is Love and who exercises Dominion can only engender children who are spirits, who ought to be love and who exercise DOMINION over all things and over every circumstance.

Man is a spirit.

He lives in a body.

He has a soul.

The Man was born for DOMINION

So why are younot a spirit?

Why are you not love?

Why don’t you manifest dominion over all things and over every circumstance?

Listen, because Eternity is still making you to have the character of God.

That making process commences one second after you are born again. Christ appears in your life and starts fashioning you to be like unto God.

1Jo 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

The ‘when he shall appear’ herein is not in reference to the future perfect or the perfect future. It applies one second after you are born again.

Do you desire to be born again?

Then do this:

4 STEPS to God

http://www.4stepstogod.com/

Now you can be a voice instead of a noise unto the Lord God

Now you can come into the very presence of God and talk loud.

Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Relativity

E=MC2

The Lord God speaks from Eternity and what he says in ETERNITY and from ETERNITY will manifest in time.

Eternity is the end

Time is the now.

The essential man is a spirit and spirits are infinite.

In spite of and despite the now, spirits, especially regenerated or born again spirits live in eternity.

You are not body, soul and spirit.

You are spirit, soul and body.

You are the child of God and your heavenly father made you for DOMINION.

He made you for ruler ship.

See something

Why is it that in Genesis 1, the MAKING of Man that the Lord God has created precedes the creation?

Gen: 6 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Which comes first creation or making?

Why is the order reversed in this account?

Because the Lord God knows the end of the matter from the beginning and you are in the beginning.

Isa 46:10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

And why does Genesis 2 state emphatically that God finished all the work that he had to MAKE on the seventh day?

Gen 2: 1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

Friend, the answer is simple.

God is a spirit and a spirit is fathomless.

Who told you that God has finished MAKING you in his own likeness and with his character?

He created you, yes.

But he is still Making YOU to be like him.

And he needs the devil to train you be like him!

For no fee.

Friend, focus on the higher you.

1Jo 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Php 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

The Lord God is he who knows the end of the matter even before the beginning.

The difference between Eternity and Time.

The making of the man that the Lord God had created in his spirit necessitated an Executive Decision.

Speaking from ETERNITY, the Lord God said: Let US make man.

Genesis1: 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

But see Genesis 1: 27

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Notice that CREATION ALWAYS precedes MAKING.

You create in the spirit and then you make in reality.

Jer 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Friend, once more, focus on the higher you.

Col 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

Come ye hither to Zion where I am sitting.

Do not stay concentrated on that low level of the flesh and its low laws where you are now.

Come ye hither!

See why you must make an effort to read your Bible and PRAY.

See Romans 8.

1  There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:  4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are ot in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.  12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. 13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. 16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17 ¶ And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Does Prayer Change God?

Suggesting that it is your prayer that causes the Lord God to act is the father of all IGNORANCE and a total insult to this God who is Love; this God who is a spirit; this God who is Eternity; this God who is omnipotent, omnipresent and Omniscient.

It is plain stupidity.

Friend, prayer does not change God. “I am the Lord; I change not.”

Mal 3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

“The Father has life in himself, and this life is eternal life.” Throughout the eternal ages it has been God who “gives to all life.” There is infinite perfection in the divine integrity. “I am the Lord; I change not.”

Do you know the meaning of live in apposition to death?

Life is wisdom and knowledge and understanding and counsel and power or good health and righteousness and the love of God.

And then some.

There is no law against the attributes of life.

The life of God is in the spirit of God and if you have the spirit of God, you have life.

You can tell when one has the spirit of life by their FRUIT.

Galatians 5: 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.  25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

You can also tell when one is infested with the spirit of death.

Folks desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

Fleshy.

Self-seekers.

Galatians 5: 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

How exactly do you say that your PRAYER caused God to change when he is God is the Father of lights, but also that in his conduct of interplanetary affairs there “is no variableness neither shadow of changing.”

1Jo 1:5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

He “declares the end from the beginning.” He says: “My counsel shall stand; I will do all my pleasures” “according to the eternal purpose which I purposed in my Son.” Thus are the plans and purposes of the God: eternal, perfect, and forever changeless.

“Whatsoever God does, it shall be forever; nothing can be added to it nor anything taken from it.” The Lord God does not repent of his original purposes of wisdom and perfection. His plans are steadfast, his counsel immutable, while his acts are divine and infallible. “A thousand years in his sight are but as yesterday when it is past and as a watch in the night.” The perfection of divinity and the magnitude of eternity are forever beyond the full grasp of the circumscribed mind of mortal man.

The reactions of a changeless God, in the execution of his eternal purpose, may seem to vary in accordance with your changing attitude and your shifting; that is, they may apparently and superficially vary; but underneath the surface and beneath all outward manifestations, there is still present the changeless purpose, the everlasting plan, of the eternal God.

There is finality of completeness and perfection of repleteness in the Lord God.God’s primal perfection consists not in an assumed righteousness but rather in the inherent perfection of the goodness of his divine nature. He is final, complete, and perfect. There is no thing lacking in the beauty and perfection of his righteous character. And the whole scheme of living existences on the worlds of space is centered in the divine purpose of elevating all will creatures to the high destiny of the experience of sharing the Father’s Paradise perfection. God is neither self-centered nor self-contained; he never ceases to bestow himself upon all self-conscious creatures of the vast universe of universes.

God is righteous; therefore is he just. “The Lord is righteous in all his ways.” “‘I have not done without cause all that I have done,’ says the Lord.” “The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.” The justice of the Universal Father cannot be influenced by the acts and performances of his creatures, “for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, no respect of persons, no taking of gifts.”

How futile to make puerile appeals to such a God to modify his changeless decrees so that we can avoid the just consequences of the operation of his wise natural laws and righteous spiritual mandates! “Be not deceived; God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man sows that shall he also reap.” True, even in the justice of reaping the harvest of wrongdoing, this divine justice is always tempered with mercy. Infinite wisdom is the eternal arbiter which determines the proportions of justice and mercy which shall be meted out in any given circumstance. The greatest punishment (in reality an inevitable consequence) for wrongdoing and deliberate rebellion against the government of God is loss of existence as an individual subject of that government. The final result of wholehearted sin is annihilation. In the last analysis, such sin-identified individuals have destroyed themselves by becoming wholly unreal through their embrace of iniquity. The factual disappearance of such a creature is, however, always delayed until the ordained order of justice current in that universe has been fully complied with.

To be Contd.
