Strong BI design skills across multiple projects including requirement gathering, ETL, Modeling, reporting and testing Data transformation, data movement, and data modeling A technical lead who has experience with large Marketing Systems and large Marketing Databases. Leading technical teams with technical Marketing Experience that engage consumers via Web, e-mail, mobile, social and direct mail is preferred. Experience with sizing a technical request from the approach to validation (preferred)
What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role? • Data Modeling • PDW • SSIS • MSI Stack • Teradata
What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role? • Ability to lead • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong leader
