[MTC Global] What makes a Good Management Faculty ?

To me , there are two types of Management Faculty - 1) Good Faculty 2) Bad Faculty. I don't believe in discrimination of Management Faculties on the base of Gender and Age. Good Management Faculties displays the characteristics of what is mentioned in Sanskrit word "GURU" where "Gu" means ignorance/darkness and "Ru" means one who drives out ignorance/darkness and brings knowledge/light. To the extent one destroy the ignorance/darkness from the mind of people on the science and art of management , one becomes a good faculty.

Any more ideas ?
