SKILLS REQUIRED:-

          Taking ownership of major incidents

•        Coordinating with various teams for incident resolution

•        Opening the communication channel at the time of crisis

•        Determining the stakeholders for communication updates

•        Determining the contents of the communication

•        Communicate the Major Incident updates to the stakeholders

•        Reviewing and performing incident reviews

•        Preparing the Major Incident Report and presenting it to the management

•        Proposing improvements in service delivery, processes and infrastructure

•        Defining targets for process improvement

•        Providing adequate process training for the organization

•        Monitoring and reporting the performance of the process

•        Identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvement

 

MUST HAVE SKILLS

 

Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty.

At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Analytical abilities, business knowledge and communication skills.
