Re: [MTC Global] What makes a Good Management Faculty ?

In my views and observations there are four kinds of teaching personalities-

Poor Teachers are those personalities who get the job but doesnt haev
necessary and sufficient skills to understand and perform the job
effectively(week subject understanding) and are quite complaining
attitude. widely available.

Average Teachers are those whose understanding of the
subject(Technical skills) are ok but lack other behavioral skills to
effectively deliver the job and hence contribution will be low.
available in good numbers.

Good Teachers are those whose technical as well as behavioral skills
are satisfactory and can contribute effectively towards the job. less
available with higher self esteem and knowledge.

Excellent Teachers are those who doesnt teach infact they can create
an wonderful learning environment were a student is motivated enough
to learn what is required. they are rare, cant be recruited through
normal processes of recruitment rather an institution has to find one
irrespective of there qualifications.

if an educationalist is rational enough s(he) can figure out very easily.
