Salesforce Admin with Eloqua needed 


Key Responsibilities:
Owner of the Salesforce and Eloqua environments and primary Salesforce administrator Administers and maintains these environments to NI standards, policies and procedures Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities including changes and their potential system implications Establishes and implements best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity and more Stays abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements and adopting new releases of the software Maintains a high level of awareness of and enthusiasm for overall CRM landscape

Detailed Responsibilities:
Design, consult and execute solutions for common challenges such as user profiles, roles, packages, security, objects, fields, formulas, analytic snapshots, resources, reports, workflow rules, data validation, triggers and approval processes within Salesforce Consult on and/or develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards, including the validation rules and custom workflows Audit, uncover and resolve key system integrity issues affecting our Salesforce instance(s) Complete bulk import and export of data for Salesforce and Eloqua with other cloud and on premise systems Develop processes to continuously monitor system integrity, system performance globally and track trends in usage to identify usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to remedy Manage all security settings and conduct regular security/configuration audits Provide expertise and input in working directly with business analysts and developers to plan and implement technical solutions in response to business requests Change set management between development, QA, stage, UAT and our production Salesforce and Eloqua environments as a member of the global software release team Maintains familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon our integrations with different systems Leverage our Premier+ Success plan with Salesforce where appropriate to accelerate success Provide the expert / level 3 day to day troubleshooting and support for our super user community Create and maintain documentation for all activities pertaining to Salesforce system administration

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator for Enterprise 
4+ edition or higher
Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required Salesforce.com Advanced Administration certification is preferred Software and/or Database development skills preferred Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools Competent to work in some phases of applications programming, configuration and design Hands on experience with APEX and Visual Force development Use of Salesforce APIs to integrate Salesforce with other tools / platforms Experience with integrating Eloqua and Salesforce together is preferred Work effectively in a group environment and problem-solve effectively Take initiative and persistently drive projects to successful completion Project management skills English Language Competency Can clearly and concisely communicate in English (verbal and written) so that persons you work with can understand you clearly, particularly technical conversation
