Job Title: WebMethods Developer
Location : Dayton, Ohio
Duration : 3 Months
Rate: $55/hr .
MOI: Phone to Hire
Note: US Citizen only
Note : Must be a US Citizen that has not had any bankruptcies in the last 7 years? (or does a bankruptcy not come into play from your experience ?) US Citizens only. Bankruptcy will prevent issuance of clearance. Must not have a criminal background. Person does not have to have a clearance already.
Job Description:
· Minimum of 5 years of professional full life cycle development experience for webMethods BPM and TN services.
Required:
Technical Expertise
· Must possess valid and current US Citizenship
· Strong technical background with a minimum of 4 years of professional full life cycle development experience for JavaServer Faces based solutions
· Minimum of 5 years of professional full life cycle development experience for webMethods BPM and TN services
· Minimum of 4 years of web based portal site development
· Minimum of 5 years or more of professional experience with business, functional, and technical requirements gathering
· Application development experience supporting SOAs (Service Oriented Architectures)
· Application development experience with Web Services (XML-SOAP)
· Experience in supporting technical writing including ability to complete technical designs that are in line with functional and technical requirements
· Ability to follow the applicable design standards and ensuring that those designs are functionally and technically sound and integrate with other related system components
· Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Communication
· Must have clear communication skills
· Capable of balancing workload and upward communication i.e. provide timely updates on team status to the team lead
· Express ideas clearly and effectively both verbally and written; Capable of adjusting communication styles to suit different audiences
· Client facing skills
Teamwork
· Able to work as part of a team and support collaboration with external stakeholders to deliver solutions as expected
· Demonstrable capability when working in a team environment to assist other team members to produce deliverables in compliance with standard procedures
Preferred:
· Capable of obtaining a Secret Clearance
· Professional application development experience with webMethods Optimize for Infrastructure and Optimize for Process
· Professional application development and sustainment operations experience utilizing and integrating with webMethods My webMethods Server (MWS) and CAF
· 2-3 years of Professional application development experience utilizing release management process and procedures to deploy developed solutions between development, testing, and production environments
· Professional application development experience utilizing Composite Application Framework (CAF) concepts
· Professional application development experience within Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) solutions
· 2-3 years of professional application development experience within UNIX based operating systems (HPUX, RHEL, Solaris, AIX)
· Familiar with operations architecture concepts including technology management, application management, enterprise level event management, incident management, service level management
· Prior DLA working experience & understanding of the DLA operating space
