We have a customer in Buffalo NY that needs a Healthcare Exchange Business Analyst who is has worked in New York and is familiar with the New York State of Health processes.
This should be a 6 month contract, work needs to be done onsite in Buffalo and they will hire from a phone interview
NYSOH (New York State of Health), end to end upgrade and functional remediation of HBX for 2014 and additional functionality for
2015 NYS exchange.
Understanding of CMS enrollment and NYSOH enrollment (medicare and medicaid) would be helpful.
Understanding of the NYS broker roster file process, as well as the 834 and 834O EDI enrollment file processing would be useful.
