This PAR is needs to be filled as soon as possible. Resource not filled as soon as possible will have impact on project delivery.
The Innovation Team is looking for a strong object-oriented developer for development and support of iOS applications.
Candidates must be able to work collaboratively, adapt to change quickly, strong in relationship building, and have a strong interest to stay current with iOS capabilities.
Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with business partners to build technical iOS requirements, provide recommendations, document technical specifications, lead and build iOS applications.
Key skills needed for this position:
* Object Oriented Programming
* Objective-C Programming Language
* Xcode development IDE
* Understanding of RESTful web services and JSON/XML data structures
Development of user interfaces based on provided screen designs for multiple screen sizes
Development of functionality through provided business requirements
Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, Javascript, CSS is a plus Understanding of Android development is a plus.
More details from Business Case:
Approval: Business Case has been approved by Innovation Director.
Location: The resource will be onsite coorp-south.
Replacement Resource: This request is because current iOS developer is moving to DC10.
Impact : iOS application development cannot be completed as required for our business ideas.
Explanation for resource need in Bloomington :
Innovation Team is located at Corporate South and has a need for onsite collaboration and development of iOS prototypes and applications.
Expected Onsite End Date : 7/31/2015 (might extend one more year.)
Comments: The Innovation Team works in a very dynamic environment fully located on R1. The team often builds and deploys iOS mobile applications to meet the business requirements.
