Description: Business Intelligence OBIEE Developer:
LexisNexis Risk Solutions is looking for an OBIEE Developer to work within an Enterprise BI team.

Overview:
- Support the configuration of OBIEE and BI Publisher security based on defined data visibility and access level requirements
- Support the general administration of OBIEE including stopping/starting of OBIEE, managing RPDs and web catalogs
- Responsible to work with enterprise reporting team, design and develop reports, perform code reviews, enhance standards, do performance tuning.
- Define and develop logical and User Interface (UI) data components to support the development of reports
- Create, maintain, and manage the technical documentation and artifacts for the reports design including the BI repository and BI Publisher configurations
- Demonstrate and gather feedback on reports based on business requirements
- Develop guidelines and best practices to ensure data standardization and consistency

Requirements:
- 2-5 or more years of proven experience in OBIEE experience including 10g and 11g, should also have experience designing reports in BI Publisher.
- Experience in security and server administration a plus.
- Experience in connecting OBIEE to Essbase and developing hierarchies preferred
- Experience in building advanced visualizations, including Master Detail, Action Navigation and Map Viewer preferred
- Experience in analysis, design, development, configuration, customization, validation and deployment.
- Knowledge of OBIEE user, object and data security and caching capabilities.
- 3-4 or more years of relational database experience with hands on SQL experience
- 2-3 or more years of general Data warehousing and enterprise reports development experience

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with limited direction
- Ability to collaborate and communicate fluidly
- Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
- Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business (Finance/Accounting) or related field or equivalent experience
