[MTC Global] Does Gaunaxi Capitalism [ Chinese Style Capitalism ] more sustainable then Western rational style Capitalism ?

Confucian Capitalism better know as guanaxi capitalism is making road to the Globe as we see networks are becoming more valuable then the enterprises . Guanaxi Capitalism which is the chinese version of capitalism believed on the power of personal network and development of enterprises based on it.  

While Rational Capitalism model , which is more followed in West , is based on the idea of impersonalisation and process based enterprises where individuals are less important and just a part of whole chain. 

Irony is it is from those countries where Rational Capitalism plays a critical role where individual are given less and less important in enterprises , took birth the best of the social networks, which is all about individuality and very much similar to the model of Guanaxi Capitalism.

Is it then networks , are becoming more valuable and sustainable then enterprises ?
