Description:
• The functional automation test engineer develops tests, test scripts, test scenarios to evaluate the functional response of software product features using specialized tools to automate the process.
• Participates in test automation effort for products within a product line in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Participate in technical quality discussions and helps to achieve decisions related to the design specification of a product/project Design and enhance test automation frameworks Writes functional, regression, and integration test automation
• Stays current with test automation techniques, tools and best practices
• Shares and presents testing technique, strategies and frameworks with test automation community
• Collaborates with other quality and development engineers to build, evolve and maintain a scalable continuous build and deployment pipeline
