Job Title:       Network (Infrastructure) Tester 
Location:       Pleasanton, CA

Exp.:             8+ yrs
Start Date:     ASAP
Duration:       6+ months 

Locals preferred

Description:

•      Prefer retail experience

•      Strong in leading a track and managing people

•      Prefer has Cisco VoIP (UC and UCC) testing and/or implementation experience

•      Working experience in HPQA/QC

• A minimum of 5- 10 years progressive work experience with Cisco Unified Communications product suite including, but not limited to:
  
• Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise 8.5
  
• Cisco Unity Connection
  
• Cisco Unified Presence
  
• Cisco enterprise call manager
  
• VOIP
  
• Experience with ACME, Cisco Cube, CO interfaces, Call Manager, IVR, ACD, switches, routers, SRST, call routing, VOIP and UC will be a plus
  
• Experience working with providers like AT&T and Level 3 will be a plus familiar with the following will be a plus:
  
• SIP trucking, DID experience
  
• Call routing
  
• Automated call distribution (ACD)
  
• IP telephony
  
• Scripting
  

•      Working experience in HPQA/ALM

•      Networking experience resources especially on cisco & VoIP products
