Experience Monitoring Java based applications
Good hands on experience in UNIX/ Linux based servers.
Perform initial triaging for any server related issues
Experience in Java programming
Experience and ability to instrument configure infrastructure and application services with an understanding in NAGIOS
Experience in NAGIOS
Advanced Unix skills to include shell scripts and supporting program languages like Java Script libraries
Solid foundation in computer and operating systems understanding performance metrics statistical calculations systems troubleshooting
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with management and all teams involved in the operational or development process
Nice to Have
Experience in JIRA, Service Now, New Relic Tools
