• In depth knowledge of GAMP 5, CFR Part 11, CFR Part 820
• Hands on experience on IT Tool Validation, Instrument Validation and Process Validation activities and deliverables
• Exposure to Planning and Estimation of Validation Projects
• Oversee the activities of Validation Testers
• Guide, mentor and plan validation activities of Validation testers
• Provide technical inputs and lead the overall validation effort
• Ensure predictable and repeatable validation process
• Work closely with Syntel DM, EM, Validation Manager, Client Project Manager and QSR to plan and execute the project
• Excellent team player, with ability to get along with colleagues and work as part of a team
• High attention to detail
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Focus on continuous improvement - ability to evaluate systems to improve system functionality and efficiency.
• Flexible attitude to work - ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements
