Job Title: IBM Integration Bus & Data Power consultant
Location: Louisville, KY
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
• Must have overall experience of 7 years + of which at least 5-6 years should be in IBM suite of middleware products. (Message Broker / IIB / Data Power) with primary focus on design, architecture & development for large scale & complex enterprise grade solutions
• Must have strong hands-on experience on integration platform from one of these – IBM Message Broker / IIB/ Data Power XG45 / XI52
• Must have very sound & in-depth understanding of SOA/EAI/ESB concepts, SOA Governance, Event Driven Architecture, Enterprise Design patterns and Enterprise Architecture
• Must have strong experience on Messaging (JMS, MQ Series etc.) and Message Oriented Middleware
• Must have proven experience on efforts estimation for a large Enterprise Integration program including Function Point or Work Breakdown Structure methodologies
• Experience designing and building highly concurrent, high throughput web services
• Must have strong experience on XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD, JAXDB, SOAP, WSDL, AXIS2, HTTP, REST, APIs
• Must have excellent communication skills – written as well as verbal; must be able to articulate the value proposition of solution/services to senior teams from client/prospect
• Must be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions by planning, developing and refining "to-be" architectures
• Must be able to develop current to future state technical architecture
• Good to have experience in design and development of complex event processing based applications
• Align and promote enterprise technologies of EAI/ESB, SOA, BPM, BRMS etc. within overall solution architecture
• Excellent knowledge of Application Services, Messaging Backbone, Application Integration, Database Solutions, and Architecture Patterns
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with technical organizations and management teams
