REDMOND, WA
Project Description: An enterprise private CRM cloud program to provide custom business functionality to various business divisions and teams throughout a large enterprise. The program utilizes the latest MS Dynamics CRM technology as a platform to provide customization and hosted custom XRM features to internal business divisions. Currently hosting 60+ instances, this program is easily the largest enterprise-class Dynamics CRM implementation in the world.
Position: Technical Program Manager
Location: Redmond, WA
Job Description:
- Program manage Dynamics CRM projects on a private cloud platform in an large enterprise environment.
- Interact with business owners to gather requirements, perform functional design and author functional specifications.
- Manage SDLC, including project management and onshore and offshore engineering team.
Skills Required:
- Deep Dynamics CRM functional knowledge. Understand how business requirements can be best implemented.
- Dynamics CRM 2013 much preferred. If not certified, a certification will be required within 6 months.
- Previous enterprise program management skills required. Technical background is a big plus.
- Understand enterprise IT system implementation challenges.
- Excellent oral & written communication.
- Able to work with offshore team.
Additional Requirements for this position:
- This specific position requires more technical Dynamics CRM background.
- UX design experience required to be able to do UX mockups.
