Job Description:PRIMARY DUTIES:
SharePoint Administrator – Setup and maintain the RTG Ops Service Catalog as a primary internal customer facing site. Maintain an orderly and professional image of the Service Catalog to the primary audience(s).
Service Catalog Web Presentation Layer Administrator – work with the StoreFront (System Center Service Manager) application team to maintain a single point of presence for access to the Service Catalog details as well as future integration into the StoreFront Request Fulfillment module
Project Coordinator/Facilitator – coordinate service improvement initiatives as the primary facilitator of activities and actions, aggressively lead diverse teams to drive deliverables and track completion
 
 
TOP FIVE NEEDS SUMMARY
1.Medium SharePoint skills, admin MS internal/public Catalog SharePoint
2.Medium Web skills, set up and admin Service Catalog presentation layer web presence
3.Project coordination and facilitator skills, track team activities and lead meetings to keep actions on schedule
4.Able to take direction and work independently
5.Ability to work with others and strong communicator


Job Requirements: SharePoint (at least 2010 or newer experience)
Basic SP Security/Permissions understanding
Implementation and design experience for sites
Familiarity working with site sponsors to meet design expectations.
Understanding of Sharepoint Workflows
Web – Basic understanding and/or proficiency in:
ASP.NET (.aspx)
Visual Basic (VBA)
HTML
MS Office Suite
Excel – Data connections, Formulas, VBA
Access (or any kind of basic DB experience)
Project Coordination—Lead cross-functional teams to track and ensure deliverables are on-time and meet requirements.
System Thinking—Ability to recognize how processes, culture and tools effect outcomes
ITIL/MOF Background—Familiarity with ITIL and/or MOF.
Customer Service—Experience providing customer support, preferably for technology driven services.
