Ameriprise Experience – Mandatory
3-5 Years Onshore Tech Lead experience (emphasis on leading a team, working /coordinating with Cross Commits, working with 3rd party vendors, etc)
Great Communication skills, both verbal and written communications
Experience with PL/SQL
Exposure to SSRS reporting
A working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and some experience with responsive web design
Out of the above technical skills -- HTML5/CSS3 and Responsive Web Design >> should be treated as primary
