Project Manager Office Analyst with PPM tool experience at Baltimore, MD

Title : Project Manger office Analyst

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duration: 6+month

 

 

Job Description

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Review the various PPM tools internally or externally available

·       Review the various processes involved

·       Make recommendation to the management on the tools and strategies

·       Manage the implementation of the tools like (  Clarity, Service now, Jira, Plainview etc..)

·       Assist PMO in Tool identification, evaluation, implementation and subsequently project portfolio management and Dashboard reporting using that tool on an ongoing basis

·       Streamline the processes

·       Drive the ongoing projects into the new tool

·       Oversee the ongoing projects and provide reporting

·       Experience in Project Portfolio Management Administration using the tool

·       Needs to work with senior level Customer stakeholders

·       Should have extensive Project /Program management experience

·       Should have experience in managing project portfolio for an IT organization, Status reporting, Dashboarding..etc

·       Will be responsible for Capacity and utilization at the portfolio level

·       Will be directly working with Customer PMO

·       Should have good experience in Issue and Escalation management

·       Should have experience in setting up governance processes for the Project portfolio
