The opportunity is for a Project Manager within the Enterprise Risk Management ("ERM") Future State Program. The Future State Program is organized into eight work streams that report into a program management office ("PMO"). It is designed to deliver a new ERM organizational structure, enhanced ERM framework, policies, analytics, and processes. The Project Manager will be assigned to specific work streams and will be responsible for managing all related activities.

Primary responsibilities:

•  Create and manage project management deliverables for specific work streams including project plans, monthly status reports, issues/ risks lists, change requests, meeting highlights, stakeholder list and action items list.
•  Document project deliverables and maintain project documentation on a centralized ERM Future State Program SharePoint site
•  Perform project level reporting, interdependency, issue, risk, change review and escalation
•  Communicate information across program stakeholders including the PMO
•  Assist with documentation of information sharing with program stakeholders including governance/  oversight requirements
•  Drive integration and collaboration across key business partners and technology stakeholders
•  Encourage and ensure stakeholder engagement and effective communication across the program
•  Provide PMO support as needed
