Dear All

As per the rules of the UGC, every Phd including the questionnaire which is to fixed as Annexure to the main report has to be given to UGC for uploading in the Shodh Ganga website of UGC where all MPhil thesis and Phd thesis are uploaded.

You can publish the phd thesis and this is appreciated by the university authorities as it helps in NAAC accreditation only after the convocation is over. Till the convocation is over, theoretically one only has a PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE certifying that the PhD is clear.

Some universities like the DYPatil University Department of Business Management (dypdbm.com) uploads the thesis -- both MPhil and PhD on their website so that everyone can see it.

The DYPDBM has also started the practice of using anti plagiarism soft ware like the turnitin software to check for plagiarism.
