Required skills:
Need Sr Oracle Reports Developer with 8+yrs of experience
Strong experience on doing lots of changes to existing reports
very Strong PL/SQL background
Excellent communication skills, interaction with end users
Any experience with Cognos is a plus (not required)
Consultant must be on H1, No OPT/CTP
