Job Title: SAP BO consultant
Location- Santa Clara, CA
Duration- 6+ months
Triage the reported SNOW tickets and resolve them per the SLA established with user groups
Monitor the BO Jobs for any failures
Perform root cause analysis and resolve the issue
Perform rerun of the failed jobs after the root cause is fixed
Periodically report to the management with metrics related SNOW ticket resolution, achieved SLAs
Work with other interfacing teams to support SAP BO jobs and applications
Ensure appropriate standard procedures & protocols are followed for technical change management
Location- Santa Clara, CA
Duration- 6+ months
Keep the management team appraised of potential issues and any critical issues encountered
