Job Description
· Business Analyst with strong experience in CRM technologies & specifically SalesForce.com (Siebel also beneficial). Need someone who has been involved in solution architecture & design as well as configuration and development to act as a subject matter expert in application delivery and provide support for a new Saleforce.com CRM implementation project.

· The SalesForce Business Analyst would help in eliciting business requirements, defining solutions, providing configuration guidance and options, and testing delivered functionalities.
Required skills and experience:
· • Salesforce.com Certified Application Administrator, Advanced Administrator
· • Extensive experience in agile software delivery methodologies (scrum process, user story development, sprint & backlog management, etc)
· • Experience with Configure, Price, Quote applications (Apttus preferred)
· • Experience conducting Feasibility Studies, Gap Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
· • Expert in Quality Assurance testing including: functional, integration, system, regression, and data driven testing
· • Experience in creating and developing strategic test plans, cases and reports
· • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
· • Experience defining business solutions leveraging SFDC
· • Practical experiences in the entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture design, development and testing of the SFDC application
· • Experience in developing SFDC custom objects and work-flow business rules
· • Experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, etc.)
· • Applied knowledge of the solution definition, design, layout and configuration of the SFDC implementation and related applications
· • Applied knowledge of CRM within the Sales & Service functions
