Urgent need : Functional HR PeopleSoft consultant

Term is 6+ months

 

Manager Notes: looking for a strong PeopleSoft BA - gather requirements/functional specs, PeopleSoft Support background and benefits configuration experience. 6-month contract with potential of extension. Position must be on-site.

Business Analysis
• Partner with HR functional teams to identify and document business requirements necessary to provide requested business solution. 
• Perform fit gap analysis necessary to insure that appropriate functional solution is identified.
• Work with HRIT developer throughout the development process to insure that all necessary information has been documented, in order to create the requested solution.
• Work with functional teams to insure appropriate test plan has been created.
• Facilitate the functional team members gain the necessary security in order to run the requested solution.
• Document existing business processes and refine future processes 

Support
• Monitor, respond and resolve tickets and issues submitted by business partners. 
• Perform mass loads into the PeopleSoft system as needed.
• Monitor and coordinate the implementation of compliance software necessary to insure Cargill system compliance

Requirements
• 6+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
• 5+ years as a business analyst in an HR I/T or HR function
• 2+ years of Benefits Administration

Nice To Have:
• Ability to run SQL database queries 
• MS Excel/Access experience
