Position: SQL SERVER PROGRAMMER

Location: Hackensack, NJ

Duration: 7+ Months

•Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations

• Expert knowledge of SQL Server up to 2012 version - tools and programming - 10+ years of experience:

· SSIS, packages, performance

· SSRS

· SSAS, Data Modelling , STAR Schema , Tabular and Multi Dimensional Models

· SQL, Transact-SQL, Tuning of SQL queries (indexes, partitioning)

• Great experience in SQL Server performance tuning

• Experience in building efficient Data Warehouse

• Good understanding and basic knowledge of Microsoft .NET up to version 2013.

• Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology (PLM) and testing methodology/procedures

• Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong leadership and negotiation skills

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Some understanding of financial markets (such as different financial instruments, bonds, stocks, interest rates, pricing, etc.)

• Knowledge of replication mechanisms
