Position Description:

• Minimum 3+ years of IT development, preferably in Object Oriented Programming.  Languages, tools, and experience needed - Visual Basic.net, ASP.net, SQL, SQL Server, Visual Studio, C # (C sharp), SSIS, SSRS.
• Develops technology solutions from basic to moderately complex business problems and process improvements. Prior medium to large project participation experience required.
• Experience in the development of technical specifications and technical design.
• Experience in systems analysis and technical design.
• Understanding and experience in database constructs and database programming (SQL, Oracle). Strong relational database design experience.
• Oversees and/or conducts evaluations of business requirements and recommends appropriate technological solutions and designs.
• Provides strong business and technical expertise to ensure effective design, analysis, project management, development, training, implementation, and maintenance of enhancements.
• May be asked to participate as an IT subject matter expert in the development of automation or technology related solutions.
• Responds to requests for specific, customized reports, utilizing tools as SQL, Business Objects, Crystal, Excel, Passport, SSRS, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to coordinate multiple projects with an attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, but is effective at collaboration when needed. Produces results. Must be self-motivated and self-sufficient.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate up and down. Must be fluent in English.
• Able to partner with others as needed and build strong organizational relationships.
