WebLogic Administrator / Middleware system engineer

WebLogic Engineer

 WebLogic, Oracle SOA suite, OSB messaging - Install, configure, enable high availability, upgrade, backup and recovery, tuning, and disaster recovery, configure SSO for WebLogic, etc…

 

* Oracle Portal, Discoverer, Forms and Reports 11g - Install, configure, enable high availability, upgrade, backup and recovery, tuning, and disaster recovery

* Oracle Grid Control: 11g - Install, configure, enable high availability, upgrade, backup and recovery, tuning, and disaster recovery

* Oracle Web Center 11g - Install, configure, enable high availability, upgrade, backup and recovery, tuning, and disaster recovery

* Oracle Middleware Administration - Installation and Administration of Oracle WebLogic 10g and 11g JDBC Connection Pool and Multiple pool configurations with Oracle, MySql, DB2 and MS SQL Server, etc. JMS Configurations- JMS Server, Connection Factory, Foreign JMS server, Message Bridge, Topic/Queue, Distributed destinations Creating security roles, group policy, user authentication, auditing and authorization Work on Web Security tools- LDAP Server, SSL Certificates and client authentication. Configuring High Availability using software load balancers (WebCache )

•Experience setting up and managing Oracle Fusion Server environment

•Expertise in all major versions of technology stack including Database, Java, Enterprise Manager, OSB, SOA, ODI, WebLogic, JVM

•Expertise in performance tuning across the entire stack

•Knowledge of Oracle maintenance/patching mechanics and Fusion Middleware architecture.

•Superb trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving.

•Strong knowledge of key application functionality, tables and relationships.

•Deep knowledge of WebLogic and Oracle Fusion Middleware customizations/extensions methodologies.

•Excellent development skills using Oracle Fusion Middleware toolset.

•Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & written.

•Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

Bachelors degree in an IT related fielf and minimum 8 years IT experience.

Minimum 7 years' experience with WebLogic and Oracle Fusion Middleware administration/engineering experience including extensive experience working with the following tools: Oracle SOA suite, OSB, Oracle Portal, Oracle Grid Control, Oracle Web Center, etc…
