• Strong knowledge in testing batch driven applications developed using Perl and SQL databases and scheduler tool technologies (e.g. Autosys)
• Experienced in writing Test Plan/Strategy for complicated technical and functional projects
• Proven capability in testing Unix/Linux and Perl/Shell systems
• HP Mercury testing tools (Quality Centre, Quick Test Professional)
• Windows
• UNIX
• SQL & Perl
• Informatica / ETL tools technologies
• XML validation, xPath
• Programming - JAVA(+JFC), SQL/T-SQL, Shell Scripting, Excel VBA, Python, exposure to Perl
• Databases - SQL Server, Oracle
• Tools/Utilities - Beyond Compare, TOAD, SSMS, Altova XMLSpy, SQL DataCompare
• Good to have - Enterprise messaging technologies (TIBCO or MQ or JMS); Application Server Technologies (Web logic or WebSphere or other); JIRA; Perforce; IDEs - Eclipse, NetBeans; Virtualization - VMware
• Domain knowledge of Reference Data – Good to have
