Position: UX Designer

Location: American Fork, UT

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in user experience design and application to the company products
• Analyze user interface problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
• Work with the business team to develop requirements for supporting the company mission, branding, values, and goals
• Work with product managers, and engineers, to produce platform centric designs that are performant and feel native
• Manage the design process for all platforms of the user experience, including Android, iOS, OS X, Roku, and Windows
• Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and company executives for review and feedback Basic Requirements: 
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in human-computer interaction (HCI)
• Prior work experience designing for game consoles, set-top boxes, or mobile devices
• Ability to rapidly produce multiple UX/UI concepts and prototype interactions
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• Experience working in an Agile environment and working directly with engineers for implementation of designs
• 5-8 years' experience with fluency in user experience (UX) and user-centered design (UCD) practices including contextual inquiry and design, information architecture, personas, wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and A/B testing
• 5-8 years' experience in a variety of design, wireframe, and prototype tools.
