Job Description:Job Title: Java Developer/Tech. Lead
Location: El Segundo, CA
Duration: 6-12 Months

Minimum Qualifications 

• BS degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the area of systems engineering, design, and integration.  MS degree preferred.
• Two or more years of software development experience in object oriented languages such as Java
• Experience in Business Systems Analysis, Requirements Elaboration and high-level architectural designs
• Understanding of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of the organization
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills with consistent attention to detail
• Ability to clearly write technical documents
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
• Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• Ability to quickly learn and communicate value of new technologies to technical and non-technical audiences
• Occasional travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience object-oriented design and development, Java, J2EE, and middleware/enterprise application architecture/implementation.
• Experience with SOAP, REST services
