Dear Sir,

Eye opener update, one can take horses to water but can't make them drink they say.

Till recently there were no takers for PG/+PhD Programs too; such a pity these days it attracts over a million rupees budget in a hurry to remain in the race. IRR scores over values. Great idea is being mooted - to make patent compulsory at the time of registration for PhD.

Drop-out rates on online courses are high. A recent study from the University of Pennsylvania found that of one million people who signed up for a Coursera course from June 2012 to June 2013 only 4% completed the classes.
