Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test plans that are traceable back to requirements.
- Estimate and manage small projects, prepare project plans, and communicate status to senior management.
- Develop and execute test plans that are traceable back to requirements.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, solution architects, designers, developers to translate business requirements into architecture and technical design.
· Elicit, analyze, document application business functional and non-functional requirements, supporting data structures and technical platforms.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of Systems Analysis or closely related experience with 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong core business and technical acumen along with exceptional communication skills and is able to leverage these capabilities to conceptualize, scope/estimate, and influence decisions regarding project direction.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex solutions in Healthcare Insurance
- Functional understanding of business domains and supporting business processes
- Business and technical analysis skills required
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
