Looking for a tools expert, someone that has expert level knowledge utilizing Infrastructure/Enterprise monitoring tools. The tools that we will be employing in Ameriprise are Prognosis (Voice Systems Monitoring) and EMC SMARTS. They use other tools such as WebMethods, Watch4Net and another that is escaping me. We use Voyance today to output this information to ServiceNow, so someone that has some Service Now configuration experience would be a plus as well
