Mt 24:14 And this gospel (Good News) of the kingdom (salvation, power, prosperity, divinity, immortality, Christ) shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
 
I will build my church
Matthew 16:18.
Mt 16:18 And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Matthew 16: 18 is about one of the most misconstrued verses in the Scriptures.
And understandably so.
It has been in the interest of the deceiver, the fellow of many wiles, to distort this verse so as to mislead many.
Whereas Mt 16; 18 is very simple. Really, it is.
If only we pay attention to what is actually being said.
Mt 16:18 And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
When Andrew brought the Lord Jesus unto his brother Peter by the sea, the man's name was called Simon meaning REED.
The reed is malleable, easily blown by the wind.
And, Simon Peter was true to his name throughout his sojourn with the Christ.
He was vulnerable, easily blown by the wind until the Lord Jesus changed his name in the prophetic future from the prophetic past.  
And Jesus changed the man's name to CEPHAS meaning a stone.
And he brought him to Jesus. And when Jesus beheld him, he said, Thou art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, a stone.
John 1: 42

A drama of, amazing erupting proportion, between the Lord Jesus and Simon Peter in Luke 32.
Lu 22:32 31 "Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat, But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
The revelation insight is that Satan sat back and wondered why he was failing and losing ground to this man, Jesus.
Why, he Lucifer had all the kings and queens and priests and high priests, and senators and presidents and ministers and directors and popes and bishops and prophets (all the high and mighty) on his side, this man, Jesus, was going around and about with a ragtag army of tatterdemalion "lowlife" like this man, Simon Peter, for example.
Lucifer said unto the Lord Jesus: Jesus spare me a few moments with this "your man", Simon Peter, let me teach him a lesson: let me winnow and sift him like wheat just to show you that he is not a serious entity.
So the Lord Jesus saw how Satan would winnow Peter to deny him 03 times and prayed the Father for Simon Peter to still stand after the ordeal.

And Peter stood.
On Pentecost, filled and full of the Christ, the Holy Ghost, Cephas came forth a preached a mighty sermon which led 3000 people to Christ.
Acts 2: 1 When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. 2 And suddenly a sound came from heaven like the rush of a mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3 And there appeared to them tongues as of fire, distributed and resting on each one of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. 5 Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men from every nation under heaven. 6 And at this sound the multitude came together, and they were bewildered, because each one heard them speaking in his own language. 7 And they were amazed and wondered, saying, "Are not all these who are speaking Galileans? Do you desire to be a member of the Church of God?
Do you desire to be among the Called-out ones?
Do you desire for the Christ to be ion you as you, for you, with you and you?
Do you desire Eternal life?
Then do this:
You see, friend, Peter committed a bigger sin that Judas. He denied, rejected Jesus. Judas actually pointed Jesus out. By while Judas committed an even more grievous sin of hanging himself, Peter repented him sorely of his sin.
For the princes that we are, as children of a Mighty King called El Elyon, the Most High himself, repentance means to be re-installed on the throne after falling therefrom.
So you mean that Simon Peter was not converted even while he was with Jesus?
Emphatically yes!
For several reasons.
Then when was he converted?
When he received the Christ.
When did he receive the Christ?
Twice!
A double-portion of the anointing after the Order of Elisha.
Jesus breathed upon his disciples (including Peter) after the resurrection and gave them a part of the Holy Ghost called the POWER of Understanding and their eyes were open.
Joh 20:22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
And Pentecost, when the maximum load of the POWER of God or the Christ came upon them and the now strengthened Peter went forth and preached a MIGHTY SERMON which sermon converted 3000 people instanta.
Lu 22:32 31 "Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat, But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
Also remember that that until the man Jesus, as the Testator of the New Covenant died, was buried and resurrected by the Spirit of God, everybody was subjected to law and the commandments.
Everybody, even his disciples, even John the Baptist.
None could come into the kingdom of God because the New Covenant had not yet been signed between the Lord Jesus and the Apostles (who represented us) at the Lord's Supper, we not yet died IN CHRIST and the Christ had not yet come.
But the Blood of Jesus ABOLISHED the laws and the commandments making us now quickened children of faith.
Eph 2: 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) {by...: or, by whose grace} 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. {ordained: or, prepared} 11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; 12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: 13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. 14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; 15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; 16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
Friend, the Church of God is in Christ.
Christ is the Rock of its foundation.
Not Peter.
Remember that the Lord Jesus had changed the REED into a small stone for future use.
Cephas, meaning small stone or petras, is by no means a rock.
Mt 16:18 And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Upon this rock!
Not upon this Peter.
We sing the songs; Christ is my ROCK, My Savior, My Stronghold!
Rock of Ages, Cleft for me!
Then, for some anti-Christ reason we build a church on a small stone?
Isa 26:4 Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength: {everlasting...: Heb. the rock of ages}
2Sa 22:2 ¶ And he said, The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
 2Sa 22:3 The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.
 2Sa 22:47 The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation.
 Ps 18:2 The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. {my strength: Heb. my rock}
 Ps 18:46 The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted.
 Ps 28:1 ¶ <<A Psalm of David.>> Unto thee will I cry, O LORD my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit. {to me: Heb. from me}
 Ps 31:3 For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me.
 Ps 42:9 I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
 Ps 62:2 He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved. {defence: Heb. high place}
 Ps 62:6 He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.
 Ps 71:3 Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress. {Be...: Heb. Be thou to me for a rock of habitation}
 Ps 92:15 To shew that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
Christ is the Rock building his church.
Not Peter.
That Peter is not designed in our Lord's words must be evident to all who are not blinded by prejudice and religion. 
Ac 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
God, In Jesus, purchase his church, the ecclesia or the called out ones, with his very own blood.
Not Peter's.
Peter was only one of the builders in this sacred edifice, Eph 2:20 who himself tells us, (with the rest of the believers,) was built on this living foundation stone:
Eph2: 13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. 14  For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; 15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; 16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: {thereby: or, in himself} 17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. 18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. 19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.(KJV)20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
In whom - By which foundation corner stone, Christ Jesus, all the building, composed of converted Jews and Gentiles, fitly framed together.
It is not a finished building, but will continue to increase, and be more and more perfect, till the Day of Judgment.
Verse 22. In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
As the stones in a temple are all properly placed so as to form a complete house, and be a habitation for the Deity that is worshipped there, so ye are all, both believing Jews and Gentiles, prepared by the doctrine of the prophets and apostles, under the influence of the Spirit of Christ, to become a habitation of God, a Church in which God shall be worthily worshipped, and in which he can continually dwell.
The Church of God is very properly said to be a most noble and wonderful work, and truly worthy of GOD himself.  When the Lord God created the MAN who is his temple, YAHWEH himself stood back and said: VERY GOOD!
He did not say very good when he caused the earth to produce the plants, nor when he caused the waters to produce the fishes. He said VERY Good when he created the man.
Yahweh is now making the man in his image and after his likeness, a present continuous process.
Php 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
There is nothing, so august and beautiful and perfect and divine as this Church, seeing it is the temple of GOD. Nothing so worthy of reverence, so holy, so fascinating seeing God dwells in it. Nothing so ancient, since the patriarchs and prophets laboured in building it. Nothing so solid, since Jesus Christ is the foundation of it. Nothing more closely united and indivisible, since he is the  corner stone. Nothing so lofty, since it reaches as high as heaven, and to the bosom of God himself.  Nothing so regular and well proportioned, since the Holy Spirit is the architect. Nothing more beautiful, or adorned with greater variety, since it    consists of Jews and Gentiles, of every age, country, sex, and condition: the mightiest potentates, the most renowned lawgivers, the most profound philosophers, the most eminent  scholars, besides all those of whom the world was not worthy, have formed a part of this building. Nothing more spacious, since it is spread over the whole earth, and takes in all who have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Nothing so inviolable, since it is consecrated to Jehovah. Nothing so Divine, since it is a living building, animated and inhabited by the Holy Ghost. Nothing so beneficent, seeing it gives shelter to the poor, the wretched, and distressed, of every nation, and kindred, and    tongue. It is the place in which God does his marvellous works; the theatre of his justice, mercy, goodness, and truth; where he is to be sought, where he is to be found, and in which alone he is to be retained.
  As we have one only GOD, and one only Saviour and Mediator between God and man, and one only inspiring Spirit; so there is but one Church, in which this ineffable Jehovah performs his work of salvation.  That Church, however scattered and divided throughout the world, is but one building, founded on the Old and New Testaments; having but one sacrifice, the Lord Jesus, the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world.
Of this glorious Church every Christian soul is an epitome; for as God dwells in the Church at large, so he dwells in every believer in particular: each is a habitation of God through the Spirit. 
2Ti 2: 19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. {sure: or, steady}.  20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. 21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
In vain are all pretensions among sects and parties to the privileges of the Church of Christ, if they have not the doctrine and life of Christ.  Traditions and legends are not apostolic doctrines; dogmas are not of the Bible either. Showy ceremonies are not the life of God in the soul of man.
In Christ as a Christian: In a RELATIONSHIP with God
Christianity is a RELATIONSHIP, founded on Love - between this MIGHTY God and the children in the church that believe in him and on him; the children that worship him in truth and in spirit and strive to keep his word as in the Bible. Not distort his word to suit worldly convenience.
Christianity has no need of human ornaments or trappings; it shines by its own light, and is refulgent with its own glory. Where it is not in life and power, men have endeavoured to produce a specious religious image, dressed and ornamented with their own hands. Into this God never breathed, therefore it can do no good to man, and only impose on the ignorant and credulous by a vain show of lifeless pomp and splendour.  This phantom, called true religion –the Church - by its votaries, is in heaven denominated vain superstition; the speechless symbol of departed piety.
Reason why in 1Pe 2:4,5, therefore Jesus Christ did not say, on thee, Peter, will I build my Church, but changes immediately the expression, and says, upon that very rock, epi tauth th petra, to show that he neither addressed Peter, nor any other of the apostles.  So, the supremacy of Peter, and the infallibility of the Church of Rome, must be sought in some other scripture, for they certainly are not to be found in this. 
Cephas himself confessed upon whom the church is built.
1 Peter 2:2-5. 3 If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious. 4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, 5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
The Church of God
Mt 16:18 And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
The  church  of  God,  as  demonstrated  in  Matthew  16:18 is  built  upon  a  ROCK  called Christ. Not upon a man called Peter or Cephas which means a 'stone.' The Gates of Hell cannot, and will never, ever prevail against the Christian church.
Especially when that church is on the offensive and moving!
And every adversity causes the church to move – to shagaash, to shaboosh and to reketesh. I tell you, there is no power on earth that can stand it when the church is on the move!
And the Christian church in Cameroon has been given just cause to move!
A Small Matter of POWER
Friend, it is the Church of God and the Spirit of God or the Christ is moving therein.
The Church of God
Ac 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
 1Co 1:2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:
 1Co 10:32 Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God: {Gentiles: Gr. Greeks}
 1Co 11:22 What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not. {have not: or, are poor?}
 1Co 15:9 For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
 2Co 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, unto the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints which are in all Achaia:
 Ga 1:13 For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:
 1Ti 3:5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?) is anchored.
The Power of God or the Christ is within her.
Because My God is POWER!
Because Christ is POWER!
Effortless power!
Manifesting and manifested Power!
And that POWER manifests every day, every minute, every second wherever the Christ is as it is supposed to.
That POWER does miracles: healing, deliverance, etc.
As it is supposed to.
It must manifest POWER!
Signs and wonders must follow them that believe.
Mr 16: 15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
As it was of the Apostles so it is with the ministers of my God this day.
Ac 14:3 Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.
 Ro 15:19 Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.
 2Co 12:12 Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds.
 Heb 2:4 God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will? {gifts: or, distributions}
Signs and wonders are demonstrative of his very presence and a manifestation of his POWER!
In fact, Christianity is RELATIONSHIP between the Lord God and you and that relationship has benefits which benefits must manifest, every day, every second, every minute.
Ps 103:2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

The Church of God
The Church of God or the church that the Lord Jesus is building is not a cathedral. It is not a building of any name whatsoever contrived by man out of his own limited understanding.
The  word  'church'  or  'churches'  are  derived  from  the  Greek  'ekklesia' which  simply means a call-out assembly of the redeemed or believing Christians.
The word church is used 80 times in the New Testament and at no time does it refer to a Caesar or man decreed denomination or a church building. The church is not a name.  Neither is it a building. 
Whereas  what  exists  as  legal  churches  in  most countries today  are  not  churches that  Jesus  is  building  but  churches  that  the  administration  fashioned  and  then  the president decreed them into existence and/or non-existence. These other churches are called DENOMINATIONS because they were so-named by the man who created them.
The same is true for 'churches' all over the earth.
Their constitution, their names, their administration, everything, were all tailored to suit the powers and principalities, rulers of this world against whom we wrestle.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
When the Bible says 'church' it means the Church Universal or the ekklesia and secondly to the house church.
The Church Universal is grounded on Matt16; 18  'I will build my church…'  and  not  to  any  one  section  or  division  of  the  church. 
Definitely, not to a denomination.
When the Bible says '...tell it unto the church, but if he neglect to hear the church…Matt 18:15-17, it is talking about a house church.  Hence when you come upon the word church in the Bible, the context will determine whether it refers to the house church or the Church Universal.
The  word  'churches'  in  the  Bible  always  refers  to  the  house  churches  and  never  to denominations, organized groups of churches or church buildings.
Ro 16:4 Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.  Ro 16:16 Salute one another with an holy kiss.  The churches of Christ salute you. 
1Co 7:17 But as God hath distributed to every man, as the Lord hath called every one, so let him walk. And so ordain I in all churches.
1Co 11:16 But if any man seem to be contentious; we have no such custom, neither the churches of God.
1Co 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
After the Order of Nimrod
Modern day Christians do not even know that the events in the Camerounese state today were  fashioned  by  events  five  thousand  years  ago  –  during  the  construction  of  the towering  Tower  of  Babel.  Babel  is  still  very  much  with  us,  imposing  its  humanistic, centristic, narcissistic, dictatorial, uniformist agenda; influencing our values and actions and pretentiously thinking that it can SHUT DOWN the will of the Most High God – the El Elyon himself - for the church.
God made man for dominion i.e.  to reign upon the earth.  Satan thinks he can thwart that. When Noah and his sons came out of the ark, God's instructions were clear. God said unto them, 'be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth.' Gen 9:1. God had a worldwide purpose for the earth.  Noah has three children – Shem Ham and Japheth.
Ham committed a homosexual act upon his drunken father, Noah and was cursed.
Ro 16:4 And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard: 21 And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent. 22 And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.  23  And  Shem  and  Japheth  took  a  garment,  and  laid  it  upon  both  their shoulders, and went backward,  and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness. 24 And Noah awoke from  his  wine,  and  knew  what his  younger  son  had  done  unto  him.  25 And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
Ham's first son was Cush. Cush begat Nimrod, the godfather of all tyrants. Nimrod was filled with lust for power over all men.  Nimrod hunted down men to enslave and subjugate them.  He  is  the  founder  of  Babel,  the  satanic  realm  of  counterfeit  religions and denominationalism.
See the Nimrod factor. God said fill the earth. The Nimrods of old came in to attempt to thwart that plan by saying:

Nimrod's cathedral was called a Ziggurat.  Jesus  said,  I  will  build  my  church. The Nimrods here said. Let us build. So they used brick and mortar to erect cathedrals and synagogues and mosques, etc. With spires reaching right up to heaven!
The  Hamitic  Nimrods  of  today  are  behind  the  doomed  attempts  to  hunt  down  the church that Jesus is building in the hearts of menthe church of God is universal and built  upon  a  Rock  called  Jesus.  The  Nimrod  church  is  built  like  unto  a  city  and  very localized.
God  willed  his  people  to  fill  the  whole  earth  and  make  it  fruitful  in  other  words  God wanted the world to be covered with the knowledge of God.
Denominationalism is about attempts by governments to make only segments of the world known thus thwarting the version of God.  And,  when  Christians  become  wise  and  attempt  to  break  free,  the
Satanists wade in to shut them down.
The  church  of  God  in  Christ  'the  Rock'  Jesus,  that incredibly  vast  multitudes  of  the redeemed even now standing before the Lord God was purchase by God himself with his own blood is challenged yet unstoppable.
Ac 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy  Ghost  hath  made  you  overseers,  to  feed  the  church  of  God,  which  he  hath purchased with his own blood.
Jesus is building his church after his own fashion.
What can a puny and very corrupt government, I might add, do about that?
The Lord Jesus put his emphasis on MESSAGE. 
The Nimrods put their emphasis on mortar; my cathedral is bigger than yours. My mosque is bigger than yours. My Ziggurat is better than yours. My god is bigger than yours!  Everything that does not belong to, and does not support their version of church, must be regimented, denied the right to exist under false pretenses, and then shut down still under false pretenses.
Nimrod though he could take the place of God. He acted the Alpha and the Omega and though  he  could  play  god  over  the  essential  life  of man  –  the  right  to  worship  the  El Elyon.
Nimrod is the godfather of all these deified tyrants loitering on Planet Earth this day. But there is something that the Nimrods do not know: Power belongs to the church of God, hence the Christians.

The Pagan Keys
Description: The Keys of the InterpreterIn the early years of the first millennium after Yahushua, the Roman Catholic Church was growing in power and influence.  It did this by rechristening paganism with new "Christian" names.  This is an important point.
Christianity did not absorb paganism. Rather, paganism, pure and unadulterated, was renamed and passed off as Christianity. This gave power to the Bishop of Rome over both the Christians and the pagans.
Within Roman Catholicism, the pope holds two "keys."
These are seen on every papal coat-of-arms and stand for the "keys of Peter." 
It is not difficult to see how the Pagans would rally round the pope all the more readily when they heard him found his power on the possession of Peter's keys.  The keys that the Pope bore were the keys of a "Peter" well known to the Pagans initiated in the Chaldean Mysteries . . . .
There was a "Peter at Rome who occupied the highest place in the Pagan priesthood.  The priest who explained the Mysteries to the initiated was sometimes called by a Greek term, the Hierophant; but in primitive Chaldee, the real language of the Mysteries, his title, as pronounced without the points, was "Peter" – i.e., "the interpreter."
This link from the pope to paganism still exists and it is this very paganism-disguised-as-Christianity that Yahuwah-Jehovah reveals in Revelation will be a major persecuting power against the righteous in the days ahead.  By warning that "the number of a man" is 666, Yahuwah-Jehovah was specifically identifying this fearsome power. 
[There is] the strongest evidence that, in countries far removed from one another, and far distant from Rome, these keys were known by initiated Pagans not merely as the "keys of Peter," but as the keys of a Peter identified with Rome.  . . . The existence of such a title was too valuable to be overlooked by the Papacy . . . When the Pope came, as he did, into intimate connection with the Pagan priesthood; when they came at last . . . under his control, what more natural than to seek not only to reconcile Paganism and Christianity, but to make it appear that the Pagan "Peter-Roma," with his keys, mean "Peter of Rome," and that that "Peter of Rome" was the very apostle to whom the Lord Jesus Christ gave the "keys of the kingdom of heaven"? 
Hence, from a mere jingle of words, persons and things essentially different were confounded; and Paganism and Christianity were jumbled together, that the towering ambition of a wicked priest might be gratified; and so, to the blinded Christians of the apostasy, [sic] the Pope was the representative of Peter the apostle, while to the initiated Pagans, he was only the representative of Peter, the interpreter of their well-known Mysteries.
As the possessor of the "keys of Peter," the pope is the sole legitimate head of the Babylonian mysteries.
Indeed, Revelation 17:5 refers to this pagan system of religion which passes itself off as Christian as "Mystery Babylon."
It is widely known that the Roman Catholic Church's claim to supremacy is found in her own admission that she changed the day of worship from Sabbath to Sunday.  One Catholic publication boasted: They [the Protestants] deem it their duty to keep the Sunday holy.  Why? 
Because the Catholic Church tells them to do so. 
They have no other reason . . . The observance of Sunday thus comes to be an ecclesiastical law entirely distinct from the divine law of Sabbath observance . . . The author of the Sunday law . . . is the Catholic Church.
Revelation reveals that the final confrontation between the forces of evil and the Kingdom of Heaven will be over worship.  The beast which bears the number 666, Had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.  And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to Revelation reveals that the final receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Here is wisdom.  Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred three-score and six.  (Revelation 13:15-18)This passage reveals that the Roman Catholic Church, with the pope at its head as inheritor of the mystery religion of Babylon, will wield control on a global basis.  Those who do not conform will be denied the right to buy or sell and, eventually, will be deemed worthy of death.

2. Give a short explanation of all this.
Briefly, John is shown the final judgment of the great whore due to her own course of action. This great whore, referred to as Babylon the great, was shown to John in the wilderness (v. 3). This is an important setting, as will be seen later.
The description of the whore is parallel to the first beast of Revelation 13 that also has seven heads and ten horns (v. 7) indicating that both symbols represent the same entity – that being the Roman Catholic papal system. Furthermore, the whore is described as sitting on seven mountains (v. 9). Rome has frequently been identified as the City of Seven Hills, from classical times down to contemporary time.
In the last 200 years, the Catholic Church has not been the prominent world leader it was of previous centuries. Many people have come to wonder if perhaps it is a mistake to apply this passage of Scripture to the pope. However, an ancient proverb states: "He who controls the calendar, controls the world." 
Today, the entire world regulates its work, school, holiday and worship times by the calendar devised by the Roman Catholic Church.  It is even called the "Gregorian" calendar after Pope Gregory XIII.  Paganism is alive and well within Catholicism.  For Christianity, the deception is even worse.
To conciliate the Pagans to nominal Christianity, Rome, pursuing its usual policy, took measures to get the Christian and Pagan festivals amalgamated, and by a complicated but skillful adjustment of the calendar, it was found no difficult matter, in general, to get Paganism and Christianity – now far sunk in idolatry . . . to shake hands.
While Jews and many Protestants realize that the pope does not really have the authority to change Yahuwah-Jehovah's Sabbath and create his own worship day on Sunday, these same people are deceived into thinking that Saturday on the Gregorian calendar is the true seventh-day Sabbath of Scripture.  All who calculate their days of worship by the pagan/papal Gregorian calendar are, in ignorance, worshipping on pagan worship days and honoring pagan deities!
Saturday is named after "Saturn," the most blood-thirsty of all the pagan gods.  This is the secret hidden at the very heart of the pagan mystery religions.  Worshipping on Saturday/Saturn's day honor's Satan, the source of all rebellion and pagan religion.
Saturn and Mystery are both Chaldean words, and they are correlative terms. 
As Mystery signifies the Hidden system, so Saturn signifies the Hidden god.  To those who were initiated, the god was revealed; to all else he was hidden.  Now, the name Saturn in Chaldee is pronounced Satūr; but, as every Chaldee scholar knows, consists only of four letters, thus – Stūr . . .
. . . [T]he pope is . . . the legitimate representative of Saturn, the number of the Pope, as head of the Mystery of Iniquity, is just 666.  But still further it turns out, . . . that the original name of Rome itself was Saturnia, "the city of Saturn."  . . . Thus, then, the Pope . . . is the only legitimate representative of the original Saturn at this day in existence, and he reigns in the very city of the seven hills where the Roman Saturn formerly reigned; and, from his residence in which, the whole of Italy was "long after called by his name," being commonly named "the Saturnian land."
ALL worship on a pagan calendar gives glory to Satan, whether that day be Sunday, Saturday or praying at the Mosque on Friday.  To truly honor the Creator, one must worship Him on the seventh-day Sabbath of His appointed method of time-keeping: the luni-solar calendar. 
Now, the divine warning is sounding forth:
Fear Yahuwah-Jehovah, and give glory to Him; for the hour of His judgment is come: and worship Him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.  And their followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.  (See Revelation 14:7, 8.
The Unholy Union between the Church and the State
Whereas in Revelation 13 the union of church and state was blended in one symbol, in Revelation 17 God has pictured them separately. A woman always symbolizes a church in the Bible, in this case the whore – an impure church. And a beast has always signified a kingdom or state that persecutes God's people. That state as typified by the Camerounese State is devoid of all moral spiritual and Christian values. That state can, by no means, take care of man's worldly needs let alone cater for his or her spiritual needs. So we have an impure woman sitting on (i.e. controlling) a scarlet-colored (a bloody) beast (state). This again reinforces the reality of the Catholic system being the only system that is a church and an earthly kingdom at the same time. This whore is described as being eminently rich, proud, and more importantly, very corrupt (v. 4, 5). Indeed, it represents Satan's final supreme instrument of deception.  (For more on the prophetic symbols: Prophetic Symbols)
The following verses are key verses: "And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition". Revelation 17:10, 11. God elaborates on the seven heads of the beast, which are identified as seven kings. Significantly, the vision was viewed during the reign of the sixth king. He was to be followed by the seventh king, who will rule for a short time. However, the eighth king is going to be one of the previous seven kings, but that when he appears from the bottomless pit (v. 8), he will not only merely be a king (ruling power) but a beast (a persecuting power); finally, he will then go into perdition.
When one of the seven kings reappears from the bottomless pit as the eighth king but in the form of a beast, the ten kings of the earth (v. 12) (ten is an all-inclusive, universal number indicating that this includes all earthly rulers; cf. parable of ten virgins) will be greatly awed by the beast, and will willingly surrender their power to the beast for a short time (v. 12, 13). Both the beast and the ten kings will rule and war against Christ in the person of His followers for a short time, but will not overcome them (v. 14).
THE WAR AGAINST CHRIST IS IN THE CHANGING AND OBLITERATION OF THE WORD OF GOD!
Just before the end of all things, the ten kings will discover that they have been ensnared and deceived by the beast (the eighth king from the bottomless pit) and they will turn with vengeance against the beast system, and destroy it (v. 16).
For they will this time, though belatedly, be doing God's will (v. 17).
3. Great whore sitting on the beast was viewed in the wilderness (Rev. 17:3).
This is important as it is not by happenstance that the "great whore who sitteth upon the scarlet beast" was seen in the wilderness. In Revelation 17, God is indicating the time-period that the Roman Catholic Church is viewed in. To understand what will happen to the world when she comes out of her wilderness experience, we need to understand how the Roman Catholic Church entered this wilderness experience.
 4. What does wilderness mean in Bible prophecy?
In the Book of Revelation we have another instance of a church that went into the wilderness. It was God's true church during the Middle Ages, when the church was subject to papal persecution: "And the woman (church) fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God that they should feed her there a thousand and two hundred and threescore days. "Revelation 12:6. We know that this church was pure, for it is God who led her to the wilderness, away from the papal persecution that raged for 1260 years from 538 A.D. until 1798 A.D. The dragon (Satan) was warring against the church during this period, using his earthly instrument, the Roman Catholic Church: "And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent." Revelation 12:14. The wilderness then, in Bible prophecy, is a figure of speech picturing the harsh conditions facing a church in a particular period in her history.
5. When did God's true church come out of her wilderness experience?
The logical answer to this question would be, when the papal persecution ceased. This officially happened in 1798, when Napoleon Bonaparte sent to Rome where he exiled Pope Pius VI to Valence in France. At the same time Berthier declared an end to the temporal power over much of Europe that the Catholic Church had enjoyed up to that time. It was a most humiliating and abrupt end to a long rule of power that lasted 1260 years. Shortly after, Christian Bible Societies spread all over the world, with their work unhampered or threatened by papal constrictions. Thus, 1798 marks the date when God's church ended her wilderness experience. Now God's church was totally free to focus her energies on translating and printing the Bible in as many languages as possible and to conduct missionary activities all over the world.
6. Did the Catholic Church then enter her wilderness experience just as God's true church came out of it?
This was exactly the case. In 1798 the Catholic Church not only lost her temporal power over the kings, dukes, and princes of much of Europe, but was in fact no longer free to carry her own ecclesiastical privileges, such as selecting a pope to succeed Pius VI. Her representatives needed the permission of Napoleon Bonaparte before they could appoint Pius VII in 1800 to succeed the pope who died in exile, a year earlier.
Furthermore, the wilderness experience for the Catholic Church came to bear on her in a most profound way from an entirely unexpected direction – from her own backyard, Italy. Here is the background for the harsh and arid realities of life that faced the Catholic Church in Italy in the nineteenth century.
After the second and final defeat of Napoleon in 1815, Italians found their peninsula divided into states, duchies, and Papal States. Metternich, the strong Austrian leader at the time, used to refer to Italy as a mere 'geographical expression', reflecting the absence of united country. This odd situation gave rise to nationalistic attempts to unify Italy into one country. However, these attempts were met with great suspicion and resistance from the Catholic Church. Over time, the conviction grew in the minds of these nationalistic leaders that the Catholic Church was indeed a serious obstacle to the fulfillment of their national aspirations.
However, the move to unite Italy and form a united nation passed an important milestone when the Papal States were usurped in 1860 by force. There remained one major obstacle, however, for the creation of one Italian nation. The Italians wanted Rome, the seat of the Roman Catholic Church and the last piece of property left for the Church, to serve as the capital of their united country. This Italian dream came about when Italian troops occupied Rome on September 20, 1870, during the reign of Pope Pius IX. Shortly after, the Kingdom of Italy was declared.
Understandably, the pope refused to recognize the new kingdom and went into voluntary captivity in protest. This unprecedented situation came to be known historically as the Roman Question. It remained unresolved for 59 years, during which time all succeeding popes confined themselves to movement within the few buildings in the Vatican in Rome, refusing to leave Rome. Indeed, the Catholic Church in the nineteenth century was engulfed in a very hostile wilderness setting.
In summary: we have seen thus far that from 1798 (when Pope Pius VI was banished to Valence by the French general) up to 1870 (when Rome was usurped by the Italian army), the Roman Catholic Church was entrenched in her wilderness experience – a far cry from the dominating beast status she had enjoyed during her 1260 years of supremacy when she was a global persecuting power which directly, or through her over-powering influence over European rulers, caused the martyrdom of close to one hundred million of God's faithful followers.
7. How was the Roman Question between Italy and the Roman Catholic Church resolved in 1929?
It was incomprehensible for the Roman Pontiff to be the head of Catholics the world over, yet in his own country be subject to another head of state. The Catholic Church believed that by virtue of his calling, the pope had an inalienable right to a temporal sovereignty. Only then could he conduct fully and freely his duties as head of the universal Catholic Church. But this demand conflicted with the natural desire of the Italians for a united nation with Rome as its capital.
Italians after 1870 found themselves torn between their allegiance to the Catholic Church as Catholics themselves, and their allegiance to their newly-established country. This unresolved tension between the two sides undermined the new country internationally as well as domestically. A solution for the Roman Question had to be found!
Both sides of the conflict were eager for an end to this lingering problem. In 1922, Benito Mussolini, the Duke, and Pope Pius XI came to power. And by 1929 they had at last found a solution to the thorny Roman Question that had lasted 59 years. On February 11, 1929, three sets of documents, known collectively as the Lateran Accords, were signed in Rome at the Lateran Palace by Cardinal Gasparri, representing Pope Pius XI, and Mussolini, representing King Victor Emanuel III.
8. Give a summary of the highlights of the 1929 Lateran Treaty between Italy and the Catholic Church of Rome.
1.  The Italian State recognized the sovereignty of the Catholic Church, and regarded the Church as an independent member of the international community. By this agreement the Church obtained an independent state in Rome with an area of about 44 hectares.
2.  The Italian State recognized the Roman Catholic Church as the official state religion, and the Catholic Church recognized the independent Kingdom of Italy.
3.  All anti-clerical laws passed by the Italian parliament since 1870 were annulled and made void.
4.  Cash settlement was made to the Roman Catholic Church to compensate her for renouncing all legal claims to the City of Rome and the old Papal States.
5.  The pope pledged to perpetual neutrality in international relations, and abstention from mediation in any controversy except when specifically requested by all concerned parties.
9. What is the significance of the Lateran Treaty of 1929 to the wilderness experience which the Roman Catholic Church was in since 1798?
What the Roman Catholic Church got in 1929 was its independence and sovereignty. The political independence means that now they had a monarchy, although on much reduced area of land, where the pope was the absolute ruler. The pope now was not only the supreme head of the Catholic Church universally, but also the indisputable temporal king over the State of Vatican City. He was no longer a prisoner of captivity.
Notwithstanding, the Roman Catholic Church did not, in 1929, even remotely regain the stature she had prior to 1798, when she was a beast power. As such, she did not, in 1929, yet come out of her wilderness experience. Although in 1929, and by virtue of the Lateran Treaty, the popes were now universally recognized as sovereign kings, the Lateran Treaty however stipulated that the popes must pledge to perpetual neutrality in international affairs. This restricting condition could not have been imagined to be agreed upon by any pope prior to 1798. The Catholic Church long believed that Christ is the Lord of the whole world, and that at His departure He left His dominion to His representative, Peter, and to Peter's successors, the popes. Therefore, it is the stated position of the Catholic Church that true and genuine temporal power and dominion lie exclusively in the hands of the pope. Consequently, every earthly ruler or monarch possesses only so much power and area as the pope would deem appropriate and good.
In sum, while tangible gains were secured for the Catholic Church by the Lateran Treaty, it did not restore the primacy and power the Church had enjoyed globally up to 1798, which had enabled her to persecute her enemies, and hence was tagged in Bible prophecy as a beast power. Hence there is not much significance of the Lateran treaty of 1929 to the wilderness experience of the Roman Catholic Church, as she still remained in the wilderness, even after 1929.
10. What about the seven kings of the Roman Catholic Church during her wilderness period?
Now we come to the most important part of the whole chapter. God has prophesied that there will be only seven kings: "And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space." Revelation 17:10. From this verse the following facts can be gleaned:
1.  Seven kings in total.
2.  John was taken in vision to the time of the sixth king: "five are fallen, and one is." He comes after the first five have fallen. Again, it is not coincidental that when taken in vision, John was taken to the time of the sixth king. It is a divine hint by which God is guiding us to focus our attention on this particular king, as he will play a very important role in the end-time events.
3.  The seventh king "must continue a short space."
11. So who are the seven kings/popes?
Pius XI was the first Roman Catholic pope (from February 6, 1922) who became king as well on February 11, 1929. He, along with Mussolini, engineered the Lateran Treaty.
12. What is destined to take place after the prophesied short monarchy of Benedict XVI?
"And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition."
Revelation 17:11. Here, we learn the following:
1.  The Roman Catholic Church was once a beast (up to 1798), but now is not (as she has been in the wilderness experience since 1798); however, she will regain the beast status (meaning she will come out of her wilderness experience) after the fall of the seventh king, Benedict XVI.
2.  The next one to come after Benedict XVI will be one of the other seven kings. But he will no longer be considered a mere king, but will be a beast as well; for with him the Roman Catholic Church will regain her former power to persecute her enemies.
3.  The eighth, when he comes, will be the last; for he "goeth into perdition."
13. Who is the eighth who will restore the beast status to the Roman Catholic Church anew?
To answer this question we need first to note the origin of the eighth: "The beast that thou sawest was [the Catholic Church was once a beast until 1798] and is not [during her wilderness experience], and shall ascend [after the fall of Benedict XVI, the eighth will restore her beast status] out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition." Revelation 17:8.
From this verse we can conclude the following:
1.  Only one more king will come after Benedict XVI, and he will be the eighth. And this king will restore the beast status to the Roman Catholic Church – for during his reign persecution of God's people will resume again, just as it was in the Middle Ages.
2.  That the eighth king will ascend from the "bottomless pit", and in due course will "go into perdition."
14. What is the bottomless pit from which the eighth will ascend?
Once again, we go only to the Bible to answer this valid question. The Greek word translated 'bottomless pit' is abussos which has the English counterpart, 'an abyss'. The following verses will unfold what is the abussos.
"...a certain man, which had devils long time…30 And . . . [Yahushua] asked him, saying, what is thy name? And he said, Legion: because many devils were entered into him. 31 And they besought Him that He would not command them to go out into the deep (abussos)… 33 Then went the devils out of the man, and entered into the swine..."Luke 8:27, 30, 31, 33.
The bottomless pit is certain location that serves as a confined habitation for some of the evil angels (devils.)
From the above Bible passage we learn that the Greek abussos (in the Bible translated 'deep' or 'bottomless pit') is a certain location (not known to man) where some of the fallen evil angels are confined. Not all the evil angels are permitted to leave the abussos, which is not a very pleasant place to be in, even for the evil angels. One can imagine the pandemonium and the constant jostling that goes on at the abussos among the rebellious evil angels. The legion of devils, who were tormenting a certain man in the above story, dreaded that Christ would command them to go to the abussos. And they begged Him not to command them to go to the deep (abussos). They find much happiness in tormenting people and animals than to be in the company of others of their kind.
To summarize, the bottomless pit is a certain location that serves as a confined habitation for some of the evil angels (devils).
15. This does not make sense! How can the eighth king come from the abussos? How can the eighth king be a devil?
The eighth will be a devil from the abussos impersonating one of the 7 kings.
What we have been learning thus far will make more sense when we focus on the following verse: "And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition." Revelation 17:11. God is clarifying that the eighth is really one of the seven kings. Combining this important key with the fact that the eighth will be an evil angel (devil) from the bottomless pit, we can begin to comprehend what will soon sway the whole world into unprecedented capitulation.
The eighth king will be a devil from the abussos impersonating one of the 7 kings. When the eighth king will appear on the scene, he will rapidly spearhead the coming of the Roman Catholic Church out of her wilderness experience into a full-fledged beast.
It is not difficult at all to visualize this prophesied dramatic transformation of the Roman Catholic Church (out of her wilderness status and into a full beast status) once we identify the king (out of the seven) who will be impersonated by a devil who ascends from the bottomless pit.
16. Which of the seven popes will be impersonated by a devil from the abussos?
From the study of Revelation 13 & 17, we can conclude only one who constitutes the best personality for achieving Satan's end-time agenda: it is John Paul II the Great. Below are the reasons:
1.  Out of the seven kings, he is the only one that fulfills the prophesied statement: "And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast." Revelation 13:3. John Paul II is the only king of the seven who experienced a deadly wound in 1981, when he was nearly assassinated. Thereafter, the whole world, as prophesied, wondered after him.
2.  Remember the divine hint: "five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come." Revelation 17:10. When Apostle John was taken in a vision to the future, he was taken to the time of the reign of the sixth king (John Paul II).
3.  Now the most important reason: Which of the 7 kings is most known, loved and respected in today's generation? If Satan would want to lead the world into imposing universal laws for exalting his false Sabbath (Sunday), who would be the most effective personality other than John Paul II? Who would be more effective than him who called on Christians to "ensure that civil legislation respects their duty to keep Sunday holy…refraining from work and activities which are incompatible with the sanctification of the Lord's Day."
[Apostolic Letter, Des Domini of John Paul II, dated May 31, 1998]? Again, no one is better suited for carrying the agenda of Satan than John Paul II. Hence, impersonating him makes the most sense for Satan, who is intent on deceiving the whole world.
17. How will a devil impersonate John Paul II?
The impersonation of John Paul II by a devil will be followed by other impersonations of known personalities climaxing with the impersonation of Yahushua by Satan.
"And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light."2 Corinthians 11:14. God has not shed light through His written Word as to how the impersonation will take place. Nonetheless, Apostle Paul has warned us that the coming back of the beast in the last days will be "after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders and with all deceivableness" 2 Thessalonians 2:9, 10. The elements which Satan will use to deceive the whole world and hold it captive to his instrument, the Roman Catholic Church, are: (1) all power, (2) signs, (3) lying wonders, and (4) all deceivableness.
The impersonation of John Paul II by a devil will be followed by other impersonations of known personalities climaxing with the impersonation of Yahushua by Satan. He will make it appear to the whole world that God is distinctly honoring and blessing the Roman Catholic Church with unprecedented divine manifestations and miracles. Satan will make it
appear that heaven has favored earth when it brought "back to life" the world's most beloved personality, and that he has come back with a divine agenda which should become the primary occupation of world leaders. And it certainly will become
18. How will the impersonation of John Paul II change the world as we know it today, and impact the eternal destiny of everyone alive?
The Bible prophesies that there will be most dramatic and eventful changes in the world once the Catholic Church regains her beast status, when she comes out of her wilderness experience with the next pope, the eighth king. Below is given a list of the most prominent changes that will take place, as foretold by our loving heavenly Father in His Word:
1.          Satan will use the papacy (the beast power) and the USA to impose universal religious laws to exalt Sunday, the violation of which will deprive citizens of their basic rights of buying and selling: "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." Revelation 13:16, 17.
2.    God's people, who will persist in refusing to accept homosexuality, accept the false Sabbaths or FALSE WORSHIPS, accept savage exploitation and honour the BEAST or the Devil will be persecuted and/or killed: "The image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed." Revelation 13:15.
 19. The end of all things is at hand. I want to be found ready to receive my Lord Yahushua when He comes. What should I do?
The purpose of this study is to awaken beloved readers to the shortness of time between now and the end of all things.
We have seen that we are living in the time of the seventh king, the last human pope. God has informed us, in His written Word, that the eighth king will transform the Roman Catholic Church by bringing her out of her wilderness experience and back to her former persecuting-beast status. The eighth king, a devil impersonating John Paul II, will usher persecution for God's people who obey His Sabbath day. The time of the eighth king/beast will witness hitherto unseen false miracles and signs, which will exalt the papacy in the eyes of all who are not written in the Book of Life:
The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
Revelation 17:8.
In the near future you shall find that your only safety will be in the Bible: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. "Isaiah 8:20. That is why today the Bible must be our only infallible guide and rule. God's word is our sole safeguard against the influence of false teachers and the delusive power of spirits of darkness that enshroud the world today. Satan can most readily control the minds of those who are unconscious of his influence. That is why the word of God gives us so many examples of his malignant work, unveiling before us his secret forces, and thus placing us on our guard against his assaults. And that is why Satan employs every possible device to prevent men from obtaining true knowledge of the Bible, for its plain utterances reveal his deceptions. At every revival of God's work the prince of evil is aroused to more intense activity; he is now putting forth his utmost efforts for a final struggle against Christ and His followers. The last great delusion is soon to open before us.
The Antichrist is to perform his marvelous works in our sight. So closely will the counterfeit resemble the true that it will be impossible to distinguish between them except by the Holy Scriptures. By their testimony every statement and every miracle must be tested.
Those who endeavor to obey all the commandments of God will be opposed and derided. In order to endure the trial before them, they must understand the will of God as revealed in His word; they can honor Him only as they have a right conception of His character, government, and purposes, and act in accordance with them. None but those who have fortified the mind with the truths of the Bible will stand through the last great conflict. To every soul will come the searching test: Shall I obey God rather than men? The decisive hour is even now at hand. Are our feet planted on the rock of God's immutable word? Are we prepared to stand firm in defense of the commandments of God and the faith of Yahushua?
In the near future you shall find that your only safety will be in the Bible God's love for you is seen clearly in revealing the future to you so that you need not be taken unprepared by surprise.
Christ's grace is all-sufficient to cleanse you from all sin and to fit you to withstand the impending conflict that you be found righteous when He appears the second time. The time for this glorious desired end is measured today in years rather than decades:
And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord . . . [Yahushua], and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof.
Romans 13:11-14.
If you become alarmed for your own soul, if you seek God diligently, He will be found of you; but He will accept no half-hearted repentance. If you will forsake your sins, He is ever ready to forgive. Won't you just now surrender to Him?
Won't you look to Calvary and inquire: "Did Yahushua make this sacrifice for me? Did He endure humiliation, shame, and reproach, and suffer the cruel death of the cross because He desired to save me from the sufferings of guilt and the horror of despair, and make me unspeakably happy in His kingdom?" Look upon Him whom your sins have pierced, and resolve: "The Lord shall have the service of my life. I will no longer unite with His enemies; I will no longer lend my influence to the rebels against His government. All I have and am is too little to devote to Him who so loved me that He gave His life for me – His whole divine self for one so sinful and erring." Separate from the world; be wholly on the Lord's side, press the battle to the gates, and you will win glorious victories. Will you resolve to obey Him, as of this very minute, no matter what the price for such obedience? Will you resolve to share this light with others, so that we can truly hasten our Lord's second coming?
Blessed is he who heeds the words of eternal life. Guided by "the Spirit of truth", he will be led into all truth. Though he will not be loved, honored, and praised by the world, yet he will be precious in the sight of heaven:
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew Him not.
I John 3:1.
